I purchased a box of mega contenders at Walmart. Came home.
Opened it. One whole pack had stamp marks in it and another had lift marks on the edges from machines. Also, I purchased a box of score. Now I understand you won't get everything you'd like, but the cuts and doll cuts are too much to bear.
My box had nothing good in it. Nothing to save. Not even the good cards. What's going on with quality control?
All cuts on score are cut in an angle?
I'm also thinking about bringing this up with a new station that helps customers with companies like this. You should talk to or fire your quality control manager.

Too many bad cuts damaged cards from their machines or cuts or cutting not in straight line in an angle. If you buy one box you may get five that are good out of 25 cards. that's not good.
Besides that, there's just way too many bad cuts for one box. For instance, today I just bought a mega box of score. All cards inside are badly cut. They are cut in an angle.
They are heavy on top and narrow on the bottom every single card. What is going on? Even my autograph card? The corner was bent.
How does this happen in a box? So now I'm almost $100, one contender and one score nothing. Nothing in that score box is worth anything. This is very disappointing being that I live on social security.
I am thinking about bringing this up with the new station that helps customers with problems like this I will be sending you my cards in just so you can see yourself along with receipts. I would like it refund. I do understand that you may not get what you want, but quality should still be good.
No crooked cuts. In an angle you got dull blades cutting cards and nobody seems to notice.

Ok so I bought some trading cards from the company and I spent $500 +. When I received the product it was infested with insects and had the worst odor to it.
I never wanted to do all this because I love the company and have been a loyal customer for 20 + years. But I have been being treated so poorly and lied to for over a month now. After being treated poorly by the customer service and ignored I felt no other option but to get the BBB to help me. After doing so they finally got a hold of me and said sorry and that they would send me out the product I bought.
Now Im being ignored.
I have been so loyal and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them . This is no way to treat people.
Preferred solution: An apology, my product I purchased and hopefully something extra for the trouble
